Dental Office Receptionist - Stellar Dental Care - Tonawanda, NY

We have an immediate need for a front desk coordinator to join our successful team. Stellar Dental Care is a locally owned and locally operated full-service dental practice.
We are looking for a dedicated team player with excellent communication skills, someone who enjoys a friendly and productive work environment with a passion for patients. Patient satisfaction is our number one priority, we believe in quality not quantity! Our clean, bright offices make for a wonderful workplace.
The position duties include greeting and welcoming patients, filling patient appointments, making outbound calls to patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and reading and updating patient information and ledgers. This is a desk position that requires sitting for extended periods of time and intensive computer use. Attention to detail is a must.
Prior dental office experience is preferred- Hourly wage is based on experience
Offices Hiring and Hours-
Sheridan Dr Office: Mondays 8-6:40pm, Tuesdays- Fridays 8-5pm
All offices are one Saturday a month 8-1:40pm
