Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will provide a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with dental office procedures.
Responsibilities
Utilize Eaglesoft software for appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing.
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
Process and submit insurance claims accurately.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and service.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Office Manager in a dental office is required.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental office software.
Strong understanding of dental coding, insurance claims, and billing processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
