Dental Hygiene Specialist (Registered Required) - Belen Dental - Utica, NY

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly-motivated, positive, self-driven, enthusiastic and people-oriented Dental Hygienist to take care of the greatest patients in the Mohawk Valley.
This individual will help us assist in the prevention and treatment of oral disease, focusing on periodontal health by monitoring oral hygiene practice and assisting the patient to develop a home care plan to maintain their oral health. He/she can also give specific advice on prevention, nutrition, use of fluoride and smoking cessation.
QUALIFICATIONS :

A two-year Diploma in Dental Hygiene or three-year Oral Health Science Degree
Computer Literate
Must be a people person with great attitude and attention to detail
Any extra courses taken relevant to dentistry
Registered Hygienist
