About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator (Dental Receptionist), you’ll be the friendly connection between our office and our patients. Your role is key in making sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude—both in person and over the phone. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth office flow. Assist patients with paperwork, billing, and insurance inquiries. Keep providers informed of any schedule changes or delays. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area. Manage office mail, sorting and sending outgoing correspondence. Work as a team player to create a positive and efficient patient experience.
