Greeting patients: Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive at the office
Scheduling appointments: Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments
Answering phones: Answering and placing phone calls, and responding to client inquiries
Collecting payments: Collecting payment from patients for services rendered
