Dental Receptionist - Smart hiring USA - Sturbridge, MA

A specialist office is looking to hire a receptionist who can assist the office and taking incoming phone calls.
Responsibilities:

Interact with patients in a positive professional manner via telephone and in person
Schedule and confirm appointments
Review and educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilities
Accurately confirm insurance benefits, communicate with patients and collect payment obligations
Maintain and manage patient records, such as initial forms and paperwork
Adequately perform billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information
Accurately send personal account and insurance statements
Respond to requests for information
Maintain strict compliance to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Great Attitude
Quick learner
Bilingual Spanish and Portuguese

Schedule Monday to Friday
Pay rate depends on experience.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
