Job Description
Shao Family Dental is growing again and looking to hire another receptionist for our office, located in Anamosa.
We are seeking a motivated individual who can build relationships with patients, communicate well in-person and over the phone, maintain excellent office organization and have a positive, helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment. These roles require self-motivation, adaptability and reliability.
Main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Greeting and checking in patients
-Collecting payments
-Scheduling patient appointments and reviewing treatment plans for these appointments
-Corresponding with other dental offices and specialists
-Patient relations and communications
-Completing end of day reports and processing
-Electronically filing and following up with dental insurance claims
-Any other administrative tasks as necessary
