Job Description
We are a top-rated family practice in Peotone known for our highly skilled dentists, state-of-the-art technology, and compassionate staff. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, and hard-working front office employee, for the role of marketing and patient specialist. Prior dental experience is a plus. Familiarity with technology is required.
The ideal candidate:
Can work expanded hours (until 7pm on some nights) and some Saturdays
Has excellent social media and phone skills
Is familiar with Dentrix
Is outgoing

Performance Expectations - Essential Functions:
Lead social media and marketing campaigns.
Welcome patients with a smile.
Coordinate and schedule new patients.
Build and maintain patient relationships.
Primary phone coverage and voicemail responder.
Reappoint and retain patients.
Confirm patient appointments.
Accurate record keeping and updating patient information.
Maintain reception and consultation area.
Assist in administrative tasks such as scanning and correspondence.
Non-Essential Functions:
Assist front or back as needed.
Attend recommended education courses.
Attend MFDC community and team building activities when possible.
Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
Train other staff members.
Document staff member successes.
