One of our current hygienists has decided to enter retirement and we are holding out for the right one and that could be you!
We are an established family oriented practice with an excellent reputation in the Lawrenceville community, looking for a Part Time, 2 or 3 days a week (Weds./Thurs./Fri. 8am-5pm), skilled Dental Hygienist to join our long term, friendly and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis (1-hour length appointment), scaling and root planning (1 1/2 - 2hr length appointment), periodontal maintenance (1-hour length appointment), administer fluoride, take digital radiographs including using a digital Panorex, and place sealants. Just purchased new hygiene instruments and handpieces!
Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions electronically.
Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques.
Provide all care in conjunction with accepted professional dental practices and standards.

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of GA.
Current CPR certification.
Puts both their head and heart into their work and patient care.
Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Strong working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices.
Ability to work well with others and be part of a team!
