Full-time position available for experienced dental professional. Our ideal person has both assisting and front desk experience and is willing to move between the two. Single doctor practice with a fun team and great patients!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for the doctor
- Schedule appointments and prepare treatment plans
- 4-handed dentistry and support for doctor
- Follow protocols for safety standards and maintain a clean and organized area
- Be able to intelligently discuss treatment and educate patients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with dental office software (e.g., Denticon, Dentrix, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
