Our Southpoint office is seeking someone with dental knowledge and experience, a friendly attitude, and a strong appreciation for teamwork. As a key member of our team, you'll be one of the first faces our patients see, so we need someone who is warm, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life.

This is a full-time position, and some of the daily responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice
Answering phones and assisting patients with inquiries and concerns
Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed
Checking patients out after treatment, posting completed treatment to ledgers, scheduling follow-up appointments, and collecting copays
Communicating with referring dental offices to request referrals, recent x-rays, and insurance information

To be considered, we ask that you have a consistent work history in the dental field, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and familiarity with dental practice management systems (PMS) and communication software. A strong foundation in general office administrative tasks is also essential.
