Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Scheduler to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Contact patients to schedule appointments and follow up on upcoming visits
Answer patient inquiries and assist with scheduling changes
Provide exceptional customer service and support for our patients
Keep accurate records of appointments and patient interactions
Ensure smooth scheduling processes to help our team run efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role in a dental setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
Empathy and professionalism are a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
