Job Description
Are you a compassionate and skilled dental hygienist who values providing personalized care for patients? At Renew Dental Studio, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered dental care, and we are looking for a caring, motivated, and experienced dental hygienist to join our team.
About Us:We are a startup practice that just celebrated being open for a year with a growing patient base and are seeking our first dental hygienist to join our team. We are a welcoming, warm team that highly values teamwork and are committed to providing patients with the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Take and develop radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, the importance of oral health, and preventive care.
Review and update patient health histories.
Assist in the development of treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Provide emotional support and build rapport with patients to ensure a positive experience.
Stay current on new dental technologies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
Valid state dental hygiene license.
Associateâs degree or higher in dental hygiene.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with dental software is a plus but you will get to know our software
CPR certification.
