What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome & Connect: Build lasting relationships with patients with a warm smile and assist them every step of the way!
Be the Organizing Force: Schedule needed dental treatment for your patients with ease, keeping everything running smoothly.
Educate & Empower: Clearly explain treatment plans, costs, and insurance options, helping patients feel confident in their care. (Our Dr. is the best!)
Collaborate & Shine: Work closely with our awesome dental team to provide seamless patient care. (We empower each other and have fun!)
Handle Insurance & Billing: Clear understanding of dental insurance is a must! RCM team handles the legwork but it starts with accurate treatment plans!
Keep Everything on Track: Maintain accurate patient records and follow up for the best experience.

What You Bring:

At least 2 years of dental front office experience (you’ve got the skills we need!).
Strong understanding of dental insurance – Accurate treatment plans!
Exceptional communication & organizational skills to keep everything running like clockwork.
Proficiency in dental software & Microsoft Office (you’re tech-savvy and ready to hit the ground running!).
