Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dental Biller to join our team with at least 3 years experience in dental billing for PPO and Denti-Cal. Hourly pay is based on experience. Dentrix experience preferred. As a Biller, you will be responsible for accurately processing dental billing and helping in front office. Your attention to detail and knowledge of dental billing and terminology will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely billing. Arabic Speaking preferred.
Duties:- Review and verify patient information, dental records, and procedures for accurate billing- Assign appropriate codes using CDT codes- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies- Follow up on unpaid claims and denials- Process payments from insurance companies and patients- Maintain accurate records of billing activities- Front office duties as needed such as insurance eligibility, checking in / out patients, answering phones
Qualifications:- 3 years Proven experience as a Dental Biller in a dental office setting- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and billing procedures- Familiarity with dental front offices practices and procedures- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
