Dental Receptionist - Encino Children's Dentistry - Encino, CA

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients- Verify and update patient information in the system- Collect and process payments from patients- Assist with insurance claims and billing- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a dental office is a must- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures- Proficiency in using dental office software Dentrix- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
