Job Summary:We are seeking a warm and friendly Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience within the dental field as well as excellent customer service. Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, scheduling appointments and converting inquires into new patients.- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes- Handle appointment scheduling and ensure appointments are accurately documented- Verify insurance information and process payments- Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks- Manage patient service inquiries and provide necessary information
Requirements:- Proven experience in the Dental Field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
