The Opportunity: “We are a fantastic oral surgery office that seeks to provide the highest level of dentistry to each and every one of our patients. We know that we are an office that is exceptional due to the team that stands behind us. We work hard, play hard, and make patients smile each and every day. We are looking for a super-star Patient Care Coordinator to join our thriving oral surgery practice. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with superior customer service and organizational skills. Work hours for this full-time, 5 days / week, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications
Required Skills for this Role:
· Know PPO insurance
· Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments.

Kind, caring, and assertive
Loves dentistry and has a passion for it

· Superior organizational skills and be able to take initiative.
· Must be a team player and work well with others.
· Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
· Experience with DSN Oral Surgery practice management software is a plus
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years in dental office

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time 5 days / week
Pay: starting at $25 based on experience
