Job Description: Growing and Dynamic Family Dental Practice Seeking Dental Hygienist. We are a high tech and paperless office. Our office runs Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM. We are looking for a positive, friendly and capable clinician. Responsibilities include improving periodontal health, while cultivating relationships with patients. We are very fortunate to have a team where everyone genuinely likes each other and goes out of their way to help their fellow teammates, patients and doctors. We look forward to hearing from you! With Sincerest Regards, Our Team. We are looking for both part time/ full time and for 4 months of maternity coverage. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
Dental Hygiene License
Experience with practice management software (preferred, not required).
Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your integrity and ethical standards.
Team mentality and ability to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for enhanced patient care/service).
Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along, and we love our patients and our team.
We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue.
Detail-oriented and an ability to see room for improvement within one's own performance.
Working collaboratively with patients and dentists to improve oral health.
