Dental Assistant needed
Established, private practice offering general dentistry & same day appointments is seeking a skilled and compassionate person who loves dentistry and has a drive to grow and succeed, someone of high integrity who will become a committed, long-term member of our staff.
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish - English is required
At least 1 year of in-office experience taking dental x-rays with sensor/Dexis system
X -ray certification required in the state of Virginia.
US work employment authorization
Work authorization permit is required.
Responsibilities Include:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
Take dental radiographs with sensor ( FMX, BW, PA’s. x-rays)
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Perform various office tasks including taking payments, check in, reception & scheduling.

Job Type: Part time
Compensation $18 per hour
