A doctor with 22 years of experience at his privately owned practice in Northwest Hills Austin is seeking a second full time hygienist to make an immediate impact. We believe we have a solid core group on which to build on. Dr Pacheco is active in the Austin dental community. In 2021, he served as President of the Capital Area Dental Society. In 2022, he was selected as Capital Area Dental Society's Dentist of the Year. He also serves on a few other charity boards that benefit the Austin community at large.
Experience is preferred but not a prerequisite for this position, as we believe that many clinical skills and personality attributes cannot be taught. That candidate must be a highly motivated professional with exceptional clinical skills and have the ability to commuicate with a diverse patient population. Discretion is a must. Any applicant must understand that our practice is progressive, innovative with an emphasis on collaboration. Respect among team members is not only expected, it is demanded. This expectation is required because our doctor has regarded respect and honesty as one of the cornerstones of his practice in all of its facets, especially when it comes to his employees and his patients. Northwest Hills Austin, TX 78759
Monday -Thursday 7:30am -4:30pm with an agreed upon occasional Friday for larger cosmetic cases with Fridays having a different pay rate.
First rate equipment and instruments
Base pay $25/hour with 90 day performance review at which time pay can be rediscussed. Metrics are not subjective.
Annual bonus based on profitability
Annual staff reward/bonding trip: past trips have included Vegas, ski trips, Bahamas
Paid CE courses and licensure fees
8 Paid Holidays
4 days PTO after 1 year, 8 days PTO year 2+

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
