Front Desk/Dental Assistant Position Available at a Family Dental Practice in Bellevue – No Prior Dental Experience Required!
Are you a friendly, organized individual looking for a rewarding role in the dental field? Join our family-oriented dental practice in Bellevue as a Full-Time Front Desk Associate. In addition to handling front desk duties, you’ll have the opportunity to train as a Dental Assistant, with our support to help you obtain your license!
We’re seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a positive and dynamic work environment. While dental experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’ll provide comprehensive training to the right candidate!
Position Details:
- Full-time, 4 days a week- Working days: Monday–Wednesday, alternating Thursdays and Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival- Schedule and confirm appointments- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries- Manage patient records and perform administrative tasks- Process payments and verify insurance information
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer proficiency- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service- Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field (dental experience is a plus but not required)
