Job Description
MLK Community Dental and Denture: Full-time and part-time positions available.
We are seeking an Associate Dentist partner who is semi-retired or does not wish to run or operate their own clinic. We recognize that modern dentistry is a business, and we will handle all administrative tasks for you; your primary responsibility will be to treat patients. The last thing many dentists want to do after treating patients all day is to manage HR, payroll, marketing, staffing, and other responsibilities that can be overwhelming. We will take care of that for you while offering an environment where you can focus on what you were trained to do: providing the best patient care! We will not disrupt or interfere with your treatment plans; our role is to provide you with 100% support for the clinical decisions you make. Our goal is to establish partnerships with our dentists.
Compensation is based on experience and the variety of dental procedures you are able to perform. The minimum pay is $700 for a full day of work, while the maximum is 34% of adjusted production or $1,000, whichever is greater. We operate a high-production office, and our dentists can see over 20 patients per day.
