Contracted Dentist/Jail Setting - Jet Dental - Hampton, VA

We have the opportunity to serve correctional facilities within the state of Virginia, that are in need of restorative work for a large portion of their inmates. These facilities have the equipment and chairs on site. The schedule is usually 3 days Tuesday-Thursday at various locations!
Who is Jet Dental?
We are a mobile, on-site dental provider for corporations nationwide. We improve the health of our client’s employees by bringing the dentist to their workplace at no cost to them — we simply bill the dental insurance they already have! We provide preventative and restorative care including cleanings, X-Rays, exams, fillings, and teeth whitening on-site. With proper treatment planning, we can improve your health, while providing a more confident smile at the same time. We serve some of the top employers in the country including Universal Studios, T-Mobile, and more.
EXPERIENCE:

General Dentistry
Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills
Experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact preferred
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
Correction experience preferred but not required

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:

Willingness to complete background check for correctional facility
Willingness to do online security training per correctional facility policy
Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of employment
Personal liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate
Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (Preferred)
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
All Certifications and Licenses required for this job must be kept current as a condition of continued employment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Personal transportation
Compliance with all health & safety regulations and state dental practice requirements.

Oversee the clinical staff at each event worked
Complete patient exams
Educate the patients
Fillings, extractions
