General Dentist Associate - McLean Family Dentistry - Reston, VA

Looking for an associate to join our wonderful general practice located in McLean, VA. We are looking for a General Dentist who values dentistry and the patient experience. The ideal candidate must be driven, upbeat and possess excellent chair-side manners. We are an established practice with the latest dental technology and well-trained staff.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience
DSD/DMD licensed to practice in Virginia
Qualifications:

Have a current dental license and other certifications in good standing
Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and infection control compliance
Strong customer service skills
Enthusiastic, positive attitude & passionate
Advanced communication skills
Self-directed; ability to direct and manage tasks, and treat patients independently when necessary
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy practice setting

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases
Provide General Dentistry treatment and services to patients with clinically sound and compassionate care.
Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records
Ensure in compliance regulatory agencies, and dental board procedures
Work with staff to provide quality patient care services
Address clinical issues promptly and accurately
Show dedication and provide the highest quality of care to patients

Schedules:

Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm
Friday 8 am to 2 pm
No evenings or weekends.
