General Dentist - Associate - Weatherford Dental - Weatherford, TX

Part-time or full-time associate dentist for our locally owned Private Practice.
It is a 8 years old private practice and it is getting busier where we would like to take some load off of our shoulder and expand our hours with associate on board.
General dentistry with minimum referral. In addition to bread and butter dentistry, we do implants, surg/impacted exos, limited ortho, molar endo/retreat and pedo. There is mentorship and partnership available if you would like. Low overhead office as we have handled pretty much everything that goes into running a dental office such as IT, equipment maintenance, HR, insurance related matters and we have a wonderful group of 12 ladies. Very low turnover rate of staff.
Currently we open 4 days/week. We are in the middle of process to go OON with some PPO.
We have a total flexibility and autonomy that we want to provide you with schedule/days/times. Someone who would grow old with our practice and us and build that relationship for a long term is our top priority so we are open to discuss the compensation and benefit for the right person.
Starting pay varies but minimum 650~700/day based on experience. 30-35 percent adjusted production
Office hours: can be discussed
Ability to choose day/s of the week for work.
Requirements:

AT LEAST 1 YEAR of experience REQUIRED
DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school
with a current dental license in the state of Texas
