GENERAL DENTIST with GPR NEEDED – ASHEVILLE NC AREA
(5,000 sign on bonus for Full time)
We are a well-established, large general group practice that has had the privilege of serving over 65,000 patients from the surrounding 14 Western NC counties since 2008. We are currently offering an amazing opportunity to a highly motivated professional to join our team of 5 other dedicated, caring Associate Dentists in providing high quality dental care and increasing access to care for underprivileged children and young adults in the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains- just west of Asheville. This opportunity is for a Dentist who has completed a General Practice Residency or who has past hospital OR dental experience to provide dental treatment to both our younger and special need patients off site at a local surgery center.
Our practice offers paperless and all digital modern facilities plus a highly trained, compassionate staff consisting of 4 dentists and 25 auxiliary team members dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care in a positive, fun and team oriented atmosphere. In addition, our staff also includes several bilingual team members to provide translations for our non-English speaking patients and parents.
With our long-standing and proven model, we provide complete administrative and marketing support, as well as being an administrative resource for all of our licensed dentists in understanding and completing all of the regulatory requirements and paperwork to be able to practice dentistry in North Carolina.
Qualified candidates must have graduated from an ADA-accredited dental school and either hold or be in the process of obtaining a current NC Dental License. An enjoyment for and a desire to work with children and is a must!
We offer a very competitive compensation package, including a 3 day work week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays), paid health & vision insurance, supplemental insurance and an employer matching retirement plan dollar for dollar up to 3% of your contribution. Computer skills required and experience with Care Stack Software a plus.
