Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dental specialties, including oral surgery, endodontics, pediatrics, and prosthodontics. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment process.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canals, crowns, and fillings.
Utilize advanced techniques in oral surgery and endodontics as required.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and implement best practices within the clinic.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the dental office.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with various dental procedures.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
