Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dentist to join the team at our busy practice. The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner and be committed to providing care that makes patients feel like family. Part Time Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 1 Saturday a month
Salary base versus percentage of collection (office is Fee for service)
Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
Must be willing to do own Hygiene
Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
Supervise staff
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances
Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Current state license
Previous experience in clinical or private practice
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
Excellent bedside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
