Position Highlights:
Advanced Clinical Opportunities: Perform comprehensive general dentistry, restorative procedures, endodontics, implants, and surgery, with huge demand for sedation cases.
Work Schedule: MondayâFriday, full-time schedule (4 or 5 days per week)
Proven Production Potential: Average daily production is $6,000 per day, allowing doctors to achieve truly exceptional earnings.

Compensation & Benefits:
Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:
30% for collections under $60K
32% for collections between $60K-$80K
34% for collections over $80K
Projected Earnings: With average daily production of $6,000 per day, a doctor collecting $120,000 per month would earn $37,600 per month, or approximately $451,200 per year under this plan.
$700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days
Three Employment Options:
W-2 Employee
1099 Independent Contractor
