Position Highlights:

Clinical Breadth: Opportunity to perform advanced restorative, implantology, surgery, and endodontics. We are open to both seasoned providers and motivated general dentists—especially those who have invested in continuing education through AGD, Kois, Spear, Dawson, or Pankey.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week

Office Hours: Monday–Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM; Friday 8 AM – 3 PM

Proven Production Potential: Average daily production for general dentists is $4,500 per day, supported by strong hygiene flow and assisted hygiene systems.
Team-Oriented Culture: Collaborate with a well-trained clinical team, including 2 very tenured Owner Dentists and 3 Hygienists.

Compensation & Partnership Track:

Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:

30% for collections under $60K
32% for collections between $60K-$80K
34% for collections over $80K

Projected Earnings: A doctor collecting $90,000 per month would earn $27,800/month, or approximately $333,600/year
$700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days
Three Employment Options:

W-2 Employee
1099 Independent Contractor
Service Member (1099 IC with access to benefits plans)
