What Youâll Do:
Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate manner
Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans
Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow
Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and next steps
Work closely with the dental team to support case acceptance and patient satisfaction
What Weâre Looking For:
Experience in dental treatment planning, case presentation, or front office coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
