Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist , Bilingual ( Spanish speaking and English ) to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental practice while fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.
California Dental license and Malpractice insurance is a must !
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to:
- Pediatric dentistry - Prosthodontics - Endodontics - Oral surgery - Dental extractions is preferred
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Treatment plans will also be completed by the Lead Dentist.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment in the clinic.
Utilize Curve Dental software for patient management, record keeping, and treatment documentation. We will train the Software.
Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.Skills
Proficiency in various dental procedures and techniques, including dental fabrication.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and practices related to infection control.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Compassionate approach towards patient care, especially in pediatric settings.

Pay: $500.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
