Our small private dental office is looking for a dynamic, energetic and motivated General Dentist Associate to work full time at our Inland Empire locations.
Our ideal candidate must have 2+ years experience and be proficient in Surgical Extractions, Root Canals, and Crown & Bridges..
Duties

Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ teeth and gums to diagnose dental issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Skills

Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of dental fabrication processes.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental office setting.
Experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to perform complex procedures such as dental extractions and root canal therapy.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
