Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric or general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting excellent oral health. As a dentist at Storybook Smiles, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and educating our young patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of dental care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license to practice in the state of California.
Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to children and their families.
A gentle and patient demeanor, dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for children.

Depending on experience, pay is 30 - 35% of doctor collections, with $800 - $1000 daily minimum.
