We are a busy, private general dental practice with a great reputation in the community. Our new office has a modern, spa-like feel and it doesn't hurt that we are located near the beach. About Our Business
We are a FFS/PPO practice (no HMO or Medicare), and are only in-network with 1 insurance plan. We've had 2 consecutive associates in the past 6 years and both have gone on to open their own practices in other cities. We still have a wonderful relationship with them. We invest in our team members. Our focus is on developing our relationship as a team and developing skills needed to be a successful part of the team.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for an exceptional dentist to continue our tradition of providing the very best in personalized care. Our ideal candidate is a positive and compassionate person with excellent communication skills, someone who genuinely cares about our patients, strong in patient education, has excellent work habits, and is a supportive team player. Self-motivation, desire to learn and technical aptitude are also important qualities, especially since everything in our office is electronic, and we constantly strive to improve the care we provide by staying on top of the latest technology.
We are looking for a dentist, ideally with a minimum of two years work experience, but willing to train new graduates if the right fit. We also need an associate who is available to cover 2-3 days per week. Ideal days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Compensation
We offer a daily base pay with production bonuses.
