Associate Dentist with Ownership Opportunity
Location: Seattle, WA
Practice Overview: Our dental group operates three esteemed practices in the Greater Seattle area: Bellevue Dentists, Redmond Dentists, and Seattle Dentists. Each location is dedicated to providing comprehensive general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry services, ensuring our patients receive top-quality care in a comfortable environment. We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist for our Seattle office, with a structured pathway to full ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing both restorative and cosmetic dentistry needs.
Perform procedures such as exams, dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and dental implants.
Provide preventive dental services and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active Washington State dental license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; however, recent graduates with a strong skill set are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in a broad range of dental procedures, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach to care.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
