High Energy, Fast-paced Dental Office looking for High Energy Treatment Coordinator
Must have passionate commitment to deliver 5 star legendary customer service and quality dentistry; must be a detail-oriented people person
Must have experience with coordinating simple and complex treatment plans with the doctor and presenting them to patients
Must have experience helping dental patients with financial arrangements
Past Experience in Orthodontic or Oral Surgery Office Highly Desirable
Our office offers state of the art dental care including Orthodontics, Implants, Wisdom Teeth, and General Dentistry
Ideal Treatment Coordinator Candidate has excellent and polished communication skills; Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish)
In fact, the Treatment Coordinator must be the best communicator in the practice - warm and friendly!
Presents case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say “yes.”
Educates patients regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third party lending
Uncovers and addresses patient’s barriers for completing treatment
Alerts the Doctor when patient has clinical questions
Follows-up with patients to schedule open treatment
Facilitates Same Day & pending Treatment
Works closely with Front Desk Team to ensure a 5 star patient experience
Works closely with Surgery and Orthodontic teams to ensure the highest quality of care possible
Oversees Lead Followup as well as Patients who have started treatment, from assisting in the gathering of information in the new patient experience to ensuring patients are up-to-date on their financial obligations
