Dental Receptionist - Covington - Light Dental Studios - Covington, WA

We are ready to welcome a friendly, upbeat member for our front office team. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service, and prides themselves on their attention to detail and ability to create relationships with patients.
The role of a Dental Receptionist includes (but not limited to):

Greeting and welcoming patients
Creating connections with each person that walks in the door
Answering phones
Checking patients in and collecting information such as health history, insurance, etc.
Collecting patient portions for treatment
Scheduling appointments for multiple providers/ offices.
Verifying insurance benefit
Confirmation calls for appointments
Creating an exceptional experience for our patients through relationship building, follow through, and working to solve problems/questions they may have.

Skills:

Comfortable using a computer/technology
A customer service mindset
Attention to detail
Exceptional follow through
Ability to create relationships with patients and team members

Previous Dental experience is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train the right person at a training wage. This is an in person job.
