We Are Looking For: A friendly and highly organized Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team! If you have at least one year of experience in a dental office setting, excellent phone skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Answer phone calls promptly, scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries.
Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and collections.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a dental office.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in dental software and office procedures (Open Dental )
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
