Dental Office Administrative Specialist - Serenity Dental Spa - Pottstown, PA

Currently we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. Experience is preferred but willing to work with the right person. Hours are Monday 8 am-4 pm, Tuesday 8 am -4 pm Wednesday 8 am-6 pm, and Thursday 8 am-4 pm. No Friday or weekend hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner
Manages inbound phone inquiries and emails
Schedules and confirms patient appointments
Manages schedules for the doctors at the practice
Maintains patient charts
Helps with patient billing, insurance, and posting insurance check payments
Manages business records
Maintains a neat, clean office and reception area and ensures HIPPA Notice of Privacy Practice is properly displayed
Provides administrative assistance as needed
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Performs other duties as assigned by office manager, lead dentist or practice owner

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Highly professional and dependable
Willing to grow with the practice
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task
Excellent telephone skills
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience with Open Dental practice management software a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
