Experience Dental Receptionist Looking for a part time Experience dental receptionist for a family general dental practice. (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
We are looking for a dependable & caring individual to coordinate appointments, arrange financial agreements, & follow up with insurance reimbursements. Candidate must be a fast learner who possesses an outstanding customer service background, excellent communication, & computer skills.
This position requires 1-2 years Dental Receptionist experience and the ability to work well in an insurance based office.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and schedule appointments
Enter patient data into office computer system (Eaglesoft)
Verify insurance benefits
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Coordinate patient appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
