Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM).

Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience. Paychecks are issued twice per month and are annualized as a salary, with 4-6 weeks of PTO typically included.

Benefits: After a 90-day trial period, team members are eligible for benefits, including 401(k) and health insurance options.

iTero and Medit scanners

Glidewell.io system for in-office CAD/CAM same-day crowns

SprintRay 3D printing system

Oryx practice management software

Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Assistant at Prentice Dental, you will:

Assist Dr. Prentice in providing exceptional dental care to patients.

Utilize advanced dental technologies for scanning, CAD/CAM crown design, and 3D printing.

Manage sterilization and infection control protocols.

Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.

Maintain a clean and organized operatory and treatment area.

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Active Texas RDA license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with digital workflows and dental technology is a plus but not required.

A passion for learning and adapting to new advancements in dentistry.
