About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant at Dr. Leeâs practice, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch patient care. This dual-role position requires proficiency in both clinical and administrative tasks, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready.
Assist Dr. Lee during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and cleanings.
Take and develop digital X-rays and impressions as needed.
Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene, and preventive practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and chart notes.
Administrative Duties:
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude.
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the practice calendar, and optimize daily workflow.
Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and claims processing.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient intake forms.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
Qualifications:
-Dental Assistant certification (required)-Minimum of 3 years of dental experience (preferred)- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Proficiency in dental software and basic office technology- Cross-trained in both clinical and front office responsibilities- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
