Responsibilities include:
Taking photographs and radiographs
Making patients feel welcome and comfortable, leading patients towards health
Set up, break down, stock treatment rooms, (instruments, equipment, materials, as needed)
Sterilize instruments and rooms to exceed all current regulations
Chairside Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Taking manual, digital impressions, mounting models and lab tasks as instructed
Maintain accurate patient records
The ideal candidate must be:
Willing to learn
Detail oriented, well-organized, reliable
Project a professional image
Proven experience as dental assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
High school diploma
Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA or Dental Assisting Certification)

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
