We are a well run, happy, stable and fun practice looking for the perfect partner to come in as an associate and quickly to ownership potential if it is the right fit! We are growing quickly and we have over 500 organic 5 star reviews. If you have worked in DSO'S or corporate and you want to try what dentistry should be, then this is your place. We don't push treatment, we only do the dentistry that needs to be done but we need more help! This is the kind of dentistry that makes you feel good about our profession; quality work equals a happy and healthy patient population (at least 60 new patients/month). We are in beautiful Olympia Washington; a Shangri La of natural beauty and growth potential.
We are looking for a confident, personable, fun loving and skilled dentist to come on 3-4 days a week with the potential to do 5 within a year and the drive to want to be part owner in short time if that is your goal. Skills in general dentistry must be solid and the drive to do some endo and surgery would be great! We play everything from Pearl Jam to Radiohead to Willie Nelson and our halls are filled with laughter from patients and staff alike.
