Job Description
Family 1st Dental of Creighton/Plainview is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team! Patient care is our number one priority! Join our team today and help us put our patients first! We look forward to hearing from you!
Salary:
Range = $17-$20, based upon certification and experience.
Benefits package is available as a Full-Time Assistant.
Hours:
Full-Time = 32-36 hours a week
Other:
Dental assisting experience a plus.
Coronal Polishing Certificate and X-Ray Certification a Plus.
Skills/Responsibilities:
Proven experience as dental assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA)
Assist dentists during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments and more.
