What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who thrives in:

Providing 5-star patient care with professionalism and compassion
Cross-training with our administrative team for seamless patient service
Educating patients & families about treatment options
Chairside dental assisting experience in a private practice (required)
Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem-solving

Qualifications

Current Dental Assistant certification
2+ years of dental assisting experience (surgical experience a plus!)
Current Radiology & CPR certifications
Flexibility to work in both Winchester & Salem locations
Reliable attendance and punctuality – a crucial part of our patient care commitment
