Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during bonding, banding, debanding, and wire changes to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Take digital X-rays and clinical photos for treatment planning.
Educate patients on Invisalign attachments, appliance care, and oral hygiene.
Fabricate Essix retainers and deliver retainers/appliances with proper patient instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting in a paperless system (Dolphin software experience is a plus!).
Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols.
Help manage patient scheduling and flow to ensure an efficient and positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Certified Orthodontic or Dental Assistant (MA) – Required
✅ Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred
✅ Experience with Invisalign and retainer fabrication is a big plus!
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills – ability to interact effectively with patients, parents, and team members.
✅ A friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude – we love working with patients of all ages!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
