Our practice is growing and we are looking for an addition to our team!
We are a full-service dental practice in Overland Park, KS. We are looking for a high-energy person to join our team and share the same vision for growth. Our practice is a two dentist practice with an organized fast-paced flow offering high quality modern dental care. A Registered Dental Assistant should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care. Our goal is for our patients to feel special and to make office procedures run as smooth as possible. A Registered Dental Assistant's focus is to assist the doctor and team and make the patient feel at ease while they are in the office by doing some of the following:

Team Player - Positive Attitude
Detail-oriented.
High level of infection control
Preparing treatment rooms with instruments and materials
Be able to educate patients to optimal dental health in a caring manner.
Digital X-Rays, Dental Charting and Treatment planning
Dentrix software experience or can be trained.
Accurate documentation
Multitasking

-experience with Cerec same day crowns is a plus!
License/Certification:

X-Ray Certification (Required)
RDA License
CPR

Experience/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience
Strong Leadership Skills
Work Schedule Tuesday-Friday
Positive and Energetic
Eligible for Monthly Office Bonuses after 90 days
Offering a $500 Sign On bonus following 90 day period
Pay range $20-25 per hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
